Nectarine, honey and thyme yogurt

This very refreshing summer desert, is a simple treat. Done in a few minutes, good looking and delicious.

Here is the recipe for four persons

You will need for this recipe:

  • 4 home made yogurts (or natural greek yogurt)
  • 4 nectarines
  • 6 tbsp of fragrant honey
  • 1 tbsp of fresh thyme leaves

Equipement: 4 margarita glasses (optional)

The method:

Cut the nectarines in half and remove the stones, cut the halves in two again and slice to make small pieces (see picture).

Place in a bowl with the honey and the thyme leaves, mix delicately and place in the refrigerator for about 5 minutes.

Pour one yogurt in each margarita glass.

Remove the fruit mix from the fridge and with a serving spoon place equal amounts on the top of each yogurts.

Decorate with a thyme branch.
