Creamy Coleslaw

For this recipe you will need:

1 tbsp of vinegar

1 tbsp of french mustard (Dijon)
1 tbsp of sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 cup of good quality mayonnaise
1/4 cup of sour cream or crème fraiche

Thinly sliced green cabbage (about a quarter to half a cabbage)
Grated carrots (about two carrots)

Here we go…

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, sugar salt, mayonnaise and sour cream.

Add the carrots and the cabbage and mix well. The amount of cabbage and carrots is indicative, according to your taste. Keep refrigerated.

TIP: You can add some small pieces of onion of shallots if you wish.
